How it works
One coin. One vault.

Each layer belongs to that coin alone. Fees never mix between coins, and the model can never train on more than its coin earned.
- CoinCreated on pump.fun from a drand randomness round. The round is written into the launch transaction.

What is SPAWN in one sentence?
A pump.fun launchpad where each coin gets its own AI model, trained on GPUs paid for by that coin's trading fees, taught by its holders.
What model does a coin get?
Open-weight models only: ~1B for Hatchlings, ~3B for Juveniles, ~8B for Elders. Training uses LoRA adapters; each adapter's sha256 is written as a memo on Solana.
How do fees become GPU time?
The creator chooses at launch what share of creator fees goes to the model, and pump.fun locks that split forever. The lab converts the model's share to dollars with Jupiter's SOL price and to GPU minutes at list price. Actual GPU time is charged after each job.
Who controls the model?
The launching wallet signs off on training runs. Holders submit lessons and vote in duels. Anyone can chat with it.
What does a launch cost?
The launch fee plus your dev buy, in one transaction you sign yourself. It creates the coin on pump.fun and buys your dev buy straight into your wallet. The lab never holds your SOL.
